Working with My Word Publishing was a Godsend. Literally. I prayed for divine partners to help me navigate the journey of self-publishing, and Amanda Miller and Bryan Canter were exceptional. The project management, pricing transparency, responsiveness, competence, and service were outstanding. It made an otherwise complex process manageable - both practically and emotionally! Polly Letofsky and her team are God's gift to authors. Polly and everyone on her team are top notch. The finished product is amazing. We struggled for a long time trying to find an agent or publisher that would take us. With no luck. I've been working with My Word Publishing for the past two years, and recently launched my book, Beyond Bedrails and Bingo: Myths, Truths, and the Future of America's Nursing Homes, on May 19. My team was led by Amanda Miller, and included Laura Kaiser (editor), Cheryl Jaclin Isaac (proofreader), Laura Duffy (cover artist) and Asya Blue (layout artist). I will share that I’ve not ever had the privilege of working with such brilliant and committed people at one time on a singular project.  Friends and colleagues have not stopped commenting about various features of this work, which is a tribute to the team play and expert guidance delivered. Though this was my introduction to work involving the published written word, it won't be the last...or the last with the team at My Word Publishing. Polly was amazing to work with. First and foremost, she is very very responsive and gets tasks done very quickly. I was most impressed with her attention to protecting me as the author and catering to my specific vision. I recommend her and her team 10/10.
